1948-07-30: taken on Charge by the Belgian Air Force
replaced the R-09 who was refused by the Belgian Air Force
0000-00-00: used by Flight 600, later TT Flight,
R11 and R10 are the only a/c equipped with a "windmill" to drive the winch
1952-04-24: at EBFN Koksijde, Cat.5 emergency landing due to engine failure
during the landing the undercarriage was torn off
