Narrative:
A Merpati Nusantara Xian MA-60, registration PK-MZJ performing flight MZ6504 from Kupang (KOE) to Ruteng (RTG), Indonesia with 42 passengers and 4 crew went off the side of the runway and became stuck.
Conflicting reports indicate that the airplane slid while making a 180 degrees turn at the end of the runway in preparation for departure. Other reports say the mishap occurred about 300m into takeoff.
