Narrative:On takeoff for a classified mapping mission, the aircraft piloted by Lt. Vern Arnett experienced a failure of engines one and three. The aircraft struggled to get airborne after crossing the Chena River and crashed into a wooded area west of runway 24. A post crash fire consumed the aircraft. No crew died, there were minor injuries.
