Narrative:A Sud Aviation SE 3130 Alouette II impacted crocodile infested river waters outside of Brits, North West Province, South Africa.
The helicopter was destroyed and one of the two passengers onboard was fatally injured. The second passenger onboard was seriously injured, and the pilot received apparent minor injuries.
