Narrative:The flight crew was practicing instrument flying and stalls when the aircraft entered a spin. The aircraft impacted the ground, killing five occupants.
The aircraft was likely operating out of Olathe NAS, Kansas, as on September 10, 1944, the station's primary mission became that of training transport pilots.
