While on a delivery flight to Argentina fuel shortage forced the crew to ditch the plane. The crewmembers were rescued by an American Steamer.
Probable Cause:
PROBABLE CAUSE: "A powerplant failure resulting from shortage of fuel due to faulty navigation."
