Narrative:
The no. 1 engine failed shortly after takeoff. Altitude couldn't be maintained and the aircraft crashed.
PROBABLE CAUSE: The engine failed due to fuel contamination. Aircraft weight and atmospheric high temperature prevented the crew to maintain altitude.
