Narrative:
T-6D Texan 42-44685 (MSN 88-14999) San Antonio Air Depot, Duncan Field, San Antonio, TX. Transferrd under Lend-Lease to Mexican Government 9 October 1943. To Mexican Air Force/Dirección de Aeronáutica Militar 14 October 1943 as EAN-767. Renamed as Fuerza Aérea Mexicana 10Feb44. Landing gear damaged 1947. Struck off charge and returned to USAF.

To 3578th Maintenance Squadron, 3575th Maintenance & Supply Group, Vance AFB, Enid, OK. Written off (destroyed) when crashed when the pilot lost control taking off from Vance AFB 19 October 1951. Pilot fatality named as John F Hill, UAF.
