Narrative:T-6D Texan 44-85558 (MSN 88-17339) A-3 Squadron, 2532nd Base Unit (Pilot School, Specialized, Very Heavy), Randolph Field, San Antonio, TX. Damaged when ground looped at Randolph Auxiliary Field #4, Martindale, TX 30 April 1947. Accident at Randolph AFB 2 June 1948. Damaged landing at Randolph Auxiliary Field #4, Martindale, TX 16 December 1948. 3555th Maintenance Squadron, 3555th Maintenance & Supply Group, Perrin AFB, Sherman, TX. Crash landed after engine failure three miles west of Perrin AFB 12 July 1950. Accident five miles SSW of Perrin AFB 22 August 1951.
To 3556th Maintenance Squadron, Perrin AFB, Sherman, TX. Crashed and destroyed after taking off from Perrin AFB, Sherman, Texas 19 November 1951. Aircraft came down half a mile north of the airfield. Pilot fatality named as Sverre Haugen, USAF
