Damaged in a collision with AT-6D 44-81413 at Perrin Field 12 April 1945. Damaged landing at Perrin Field 18 October 1945. 175th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron, 133rd Fighter-Interceptor Group, South Dakota Air National Guard, Sioux Falls Municipal Airport, SD.
Damaged when ground looped landing at Olathe NAS, Gardner, KS 19 July 1951. To Headquarters Squadron, 133rd Air Base Group, Minnesota Air National Guard, Holman Field, Saint Paul MN. Destroyed in fatal crash into the ground three
