Narrative:Piper PA-23-250 Aztec N6116Y: Presumed written off (damaged beyond repair) March 29 1969 when went missing on a flight between Atlantic City (New Jersey) and Teterboro (New Jersey). Aircraft presumed crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of New Jersey. All six persons on board (pilot and five passengers) killed. No trace of the aircraft or passengers was ever found, so no cause to the accident could be attributed
