Narrative:
c/no 595: DH.60X [Cirrus II] allotted to Major Henri Petre as seaplane but replaced with c/no 509. To DeHavilland Canada with C of A 1412 issued 11.5.28; delivered to DeHavilland Canada at Mount Dennis 4.6.28. Registered as G-CANA [C of R 408] 14.6.28 to Frank L Trethewey, Toronto. Re-registered [C of R 552] 1.2.29 to Aircraft Ltd, Mount Dennis, Toronto. Sold 12.29 (but not re-registered) to Toronto Airport Ltd. Re-registered 9.12.30 to Century Airways Ltd, Downsview, Toronto.

Written off (damaged beyond repair) when stalled in turn and crashed at Century Airport, Toronto, Ontario, Canada 6.4.32. Both occupants were injured. Registration G-CANA lapsed 4.9.32 and was cancelled 30.3.35.
