Cessna 414 N414HC: Written off (destroyed) 20/10/1974 when stalled and crashed at Reynolds Field, Jackson, Michigan during the takeoff/initial climb phase. According to the NTSB report:
"All upper surfaces of aircraft covered with approximately 1/4 to 3/8 inch of frozen snow. Aircraft hit ground nose high, wing low. Pilot in command failed to abort take off; ice on windshield and airframe"
Pilot survived, but injured.
