PROBABLE CAUSE:A STALL ENCOUNTERED BECAUSE OF AIRCRAFT CONTROL NOT MAINTAINED BY THE PIC. FACTORS WERE A PARTIAL POWERPLANT FAILURE DUE TO CARBURETOR ICING CONDITIONS, CARBURETOR HEAT NOT USED BY THE PIC, AND LOAD JETTISON NOT PERFORMED BY THE PIC.
