Narrative:
PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S POOR JUDGEMENT, AND POOR EVALUATION OF THE WEATHER DUE TO SELF INDUCED PRESSURE AND OVERCONFIDENCE IN HIS PERSONAL ABILITY. CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT ASSOCIATION'S INADEQUATE SUPERVISION OF THE OPERATION.
