PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT FAILED TO USE CARBURETOR HEAT DURING CARBURETOR ICING CONDITIONS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE PILOT'S LACK OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE AND THE CARBURETOR ICING CONDITIONS.
