Narrative:
PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY COMPENSATE FOR WIND CONDITIONS, AND THE PILOT'S DELAY IN INITIATING A GO-AROUND. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE CROSSWIND GUSTS, AND LACK OF TOTAL PILOT EXPERIENCE.
