PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S IMPROPER COMPENSATION FOR THE WIND CONDITIONS AND THE RESULTANT INADVERTENT STALL. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE GUSTY CROSSWIND CONDITION AND THE PILOT'S EXTENSION OF FULL FLAPERONS BEFORE DESCENDING TO THE PROPER ALTITUDE.
