PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S INADEQUATE PREFLIGHT PREPARATION OF THE AIRCRAFT, HIS FAILURE TO REMOVE SNOW AND ICE FROM THE AIRCRAFT BEFORE TAKEOFF, AND HIS DELAY IN ATTEMPTING TO ABORT THE TAKEOFF.
