PROBABLE CAUSE: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ALTITUDE DURING THE LOW-LEVEL AERIAL APPLICATION PROCEDURE TURN. CONTRIBUTING TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS THE NIGHT CONDITION AND THE HIGH TENSION WIRES.
