Narrative:WHILE EXECUTING A TURN AROUND MANEUVER DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLIGHT, THE PILOT RETRACTED THE FLAPS. THE AIRPLANE DESCENDED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND.
Probable Cause: THE INADVERTENT STALL. A FACTOR WAS THE PILOT'S PREMATURE RETRACTION OF THE FLAPS.
