PROBABLE CAUSE: THE PILOT'S POORLY PLANNED APPROACH AND DELAY IN EXECUTING THE APPROPRIATE REMEDIAL ACTION. CONTRIBUTING TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE PROPER GLIDEPATH AND ENCOUNTERING A DOWNDRAFT.
