Narrative:Crashed after engine failure (Flame out) after take off from Kalaikunda. Pilot - Flt Lt P C Prasad - ejected safely.
Cause of Flame out attributed to Fuel pump failure, quill shaft failure due to JP-4's inadequate lubrication.
