Narrative:
Crashed in the Trusan River Valley, near Long Merarap, Sarawak, Borneo, after cable failure and subsequent loss of yaw control.
This accident was a catalyst for a temporary grounding of the Belvedere fleet for 2 months while investigations were carried out.
