Narrative:The engine of the power glider began to burn during flight. The pilot managed to land the glider before the fuselage broke because of the fire. He escaped uninjured while the powered glider suffered substantial damages.
Registration G-BWBY cancelled by the CAA as aircraft "destroyed" on 17.11.2011. Despite this, G-BWBY was sold on to a new owner just three months later, on 17.02.2012. After a year, it was re-registered as G-ZGTK on 05,02,2013
