Crashed in a field, killing the pilot (40).

Cause
During a general aviation flight, in the return phase to the base of operation, loss of control of the aircraft with subsequent ground impact occurred due to a probable sudden in-flight incapacitation of the pilot, attributed to a combination of the following factors:
- The non-use of safety and protective equipment (SPE)
- Poor cabin insulation
- High ambient temperature.
- Absence of operating procedures
- Lack of suitability and qualification of the aircraft operator.
