Narrative:
The aircraft, a Cessna 182C Skylane, LV-GTF, crashed from a height of 500 meters during a missed approach at Veronica Airfield, Veronica, Buenos Aires, killing the pilot, race car driver Mauro Fabián Pichini (32).

Cause
In a general aviation flight, during the landing phase, impact against the ground with subsequent fire, due to the combination of the following factors:
- Unsafe macro operational context, degraded by visibility conditions, night time and runway without lighting system.
- The experience and training of the pilot was not adequate for the type of flight he performed, not being qualified to operate in instrumental meteorological conditions (IMC), nor night flight.
- Inadequate flight planning, not considering the night time of arrival and marginal weather conditions for visual flight.
- Likely self-imposed operational pressure due to family commitment to and the macro-operational context in which the last flight phase
