Narrative:Upon takeoff from Big Foot Airfield - 7V3, Walworth, Wisconsin, the aircraft, an unregistered North Wing Maverick III, banked left and impacted terrain adjacent to the airfield, sustaining heavy damage. The sole pilot onboard the aircraft received fatal injuries.
