Narrative:
Crashed on take-off. One wing sheared off and propeller blade penetrated cabin. Pilot Ricardo Cortés (critical injured, died next day), co-pilot and passenger, manager of airline (slightly injured). As "Douglas" and "Douglas D.G. Quatro"** in newspaper.
