Narrative:Written off 18/6/1968: Spun into trees at Manor Farm, Farleigh Wallop 4 miles South West of Basingstoke, Hampshire after engine failure
Struck off charge as Cat.5(G/I) on 19/6/1968 and allocated for ground instructional use at RAF Odiham as GI Airframe 8030M. In the event, XS412 (8030M) was too badly damaged to be of use as such, and was scrapped at Odiham in 1970
