Narrative:
The aircraft, a Cessna 404 Titan, transporting medical personnel, impacted terrain at the village of Kapingiro, in the Ngorongoro district of the Arusha region.
Seven persons were severely injured. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff in poor weather.
