Narrative:Mission to Bohlen. Took off from RAF Coningsby at 2334 to bomb a synthetic-oil plant. Lost without trace. All are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial. Five of the six Australians came from the State of Victoria, while their navigator Plt Off Murray RAAF, hailed from Lismore in New South Wales.
