Narrative:
On 24.01.1979 six gliders were destroyed in a single hangar fire:
- PH-200 Slingsby T.21B c/n 744
- PH-426 Schleicher ASK 13 c/n 13330
- PH-427 Schleicher ASK 13 c/n 13331
- PH-428 Schleicher K 8B c/n 8867
- PH-584 Pilatus B4-PC-11AF c/n 088
- PH-625 Glaser-Dirks DG-100 c/n 5

Two gliders were damaged, but repaired later:
- PH-196 Slingsby T.30A Perfect c/n 739
- PH-222 Slingsby T.41 Skylark II c/n 1000
