Written off (damaged beyond repair) when destroyed in an accident when crashed on landing at Queenstown, Eastern Cape 31.12.30

NOTE: Some sources list this aircraft as having been on the Mozambique civil register as C-PMAC, later CS-MAC at some point in 1929-30, but evidence to back this up is lacking
