Narrative:
While practicing touch-and-go landings, the aircraft, a Cessna 172RG Cutlass, experienced a nosegear collapse at the Purdue University Airport (KLAF), Lafayette, Indiana. The airplane sustained unreported damage and the two occupants onboard were not injured.
