Damaged by fire from an UN/ONUC SAAB J29 Tunnan when leaving Kowezi, landed at Jadotville-Kamatanda airfield. Captured by UN forces. Turned over to Congolese Air Force 14 feb 1964, never repaired, cannibalized.
