Boulton Paul Defiant AA358, 515 Squadron, RAF Hunsdon, Herfordshire. Written off (destroyed) 21 May 1943 when went missing on combat operations (radar jamming ops) over the English Channel. Both crew posted as "missing presumed killed"

Flight Sergeant Thomas James Macaulay RAFVR (Service Number: 1059937) - missing presumed killed 21 May 1943
Sergeant Geoffrey Herbert Wager (RAF Service Number: 1607021, aged 19) - missing presumed killed 21 May 1943

As the bodies of both crew members were never found or recovered, both are commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial
