Narrative:Crashed shortly after take-off from three ship formation, piloted by Capitán Jaime Chiriboga Ordenes, Ten Bayardo Tobar (Gallardo Tovar) and Ten Ernesto Borregos (Ernesto Mudarrero). The last of the planes crashed, killing pilot Muñoz Torrero and mechanic S.Ten Luis Díaz. Type not reported.
