Narrative:
LATAM Brasil flight JJ3101 returned to land at Brasília International Airport after sustaining a bird strike on takeoff.
The aircraft, an Airbus A320, took off from Brasília International Airport about 08:07.
A Southern Caracara bird was ingested in engine no.2 as the aircraft was accellerating through a speed of 160 knots on takeoff from runway 11R. The flight crew continued takeoff and circled back for a safe landing on runway 11L at 08:26 hours.
