Narrative:
Airspeed AS.65 Consul c/n 5096 [Reported as ex-RAF Oxford L4538]. C of A issued 28.3.1947. Registered July 47 to Malayan Airways Ltd; named Layang Layang" [“Swallow”]. Written off (damaged beyond repair) when force landed at Teronoh, near Ipoh, Kinta District, Perak, Malaya (at approximate Coordinates: 4.422752°N 100.993155°E) in bad weather 15.9.1947.

Registration VR-SCF cancelled 10.10.1947
