Narrative:
First registered 31.5.35 to Major Ronald Hobhouse Thornton. Liverpool (and based at Speke). C of A 4901 issued same day. Written off (damaged beyond repair) 8.6.36 when engine torn out by prop failure; crashed into wood, near Jedla, Bohemia (then in Czechoslvakia, now the Czech Republic) while en route between Budapest, Hungary, and Berlin, Germany.

Jedlá is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic (at approximate co ordinates 49°44′6″N 15°14′0″E). Pilot, Major Ronald Hobhouse Thornton and passenger Mrs Dorothy Thornton unhurt

Registration G-ADIG cancelled by the Air Ministry 2.12.36 due to "destruction or permanent withdrawl from use of aircraft"
