First registered (C of R 4909) on 12.3.34 as G-ACOT to South Wales & Monmouthshire Airways Ltd. (C of A 4316 issued April 1934). Sold on and re-registered (C of R 5479) 3.12.34 to Frederick Theodore Neale, London SW1 (aircraft based at Hatfield, Hertfordshire).

Re-registered 24.1.35 to Frederick Theodore Neale, Johannesburg, South Africa. To Johannesburg Light Plane Club in February 1935.

Written off (damaged beyond repair) when crashed after engine failure on take-off Baragwanath Airport, Baragwanath, Gauteng, Johannesburg 7.4.35; no casualties.
