Narrative:
The helicopter crashed after hitting a tree in strong wind conditions. The five occupants were injured.


Conclusions: The cause of the accident was the impact against a tree. The investigation conducted yielded results leading to the following conclusions and contributing factors:
1 Unfamiliarity with the area.
2 Wind gusts exceeding 25 knots.
3 Approach from the east of the point, executing a descent maneuver towards the point at 360°, with a west tailwind to lose altitude.
4 Human factor failure.
