Narrative:
The first British aeroplane to carry civil markings [K-100) was a de Havilland (Airco) D.H.6 on 30.04.19. It became the second aircraft entered on the British Civil Register as G-EAAB when first civil registered (C of R 2;C of A 480) to Aircraft Transport & Travel Ltd., Hounslow, Middlesex. Sold to The Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co Ltd on 24.3.20

On 30.11.21 it took off from Croydon Aerodrome on a radio test flight. However not long after take off it stalled and crashed to the ground. The pilot was not seriously injured but the aeroplane was damaged beyond repair. Registration G-EAAB belatedly cancelled by the CAA on 10.02.22
