Pilot and sole occupant of Gloster Gamecock J8094 - Flying Officer Patrick Nelson Sealy-Allin (aged 23) killed.
Pilot and sole occupant of Gloster Gamecock J8415 - Flight Sgt James Guy Freeman - parachuted to safety and was unhurt.
