Narrative:
Bristol Blenheim Mk.1 N6212 (VE-F) of 110 Squadron RAF: Written off (destroyed) 28 September 1939 on combat operations. Took off from RAF Wattisham, Suffolk, at 07.40 for Reconnaissance Sortie in the Munster area. N6212 was intercepted and shot down by a German pilot, Feldwebel Klaus Faber, of 1/JG 1, Luftwaffe. The Blenheim crashed at Osnabruck, Lower Saxony, Germany. All three crew were killed: pilot, Wing Commander Cameron is buried at Reichswald Forest Cemetery, Kleve in Germany. He was the first Australian pilot to be killed in WW II
