Narrative:Feindflug - operational sortie. The Focke-Wulf pilot had been briefed to carry out low-level attacks on enemy positions in the greater Aachen (Germany) area.
The pilot, Obergefreiter Hermann Hillebrand, did not survive the encounter with USAAF fighter aircraft that were roaming the area. The wreck was recovered in April 2002.
