Narrative:
C-FDJZ, a privately owned PA﷓23, was reported missing near Mont﷓Joli at 1917Z. The aircraft was making a flight between Causapscal (CTF3) and Mascouche (CSK3). The aircraft was found approximately 20 miles southeast of Mont﷓Joli. The four people on board were dead. The weather conditions at the time of the accident were as follows: scattered clouds a 3,500 ft altitude and visibility 30 miles, with snow showers to the southeast. The TSB reports that, at 1231 local time, the pilot-in-command advised the Mont﷓Joli flight information centre that he was in bad weather. There was no further contact with the aircraft. The aircraft was found at or about 1525 local time. The pilot and the three passengers suffered fatal injuries. Mise à jour #1 : Le numéro et la classe d'enquête du BST ont été ajoutés. Le BST nous rapporte qu'à 12:31 heure locale, le commandant de bord a avisé le centre d'information de vol de Mont-Joli qu'il était dans de la mauvaise météo. Aucun autre contact n'a été établi avec l'aéronef. L'aéronef a été retrouvé vers 15:25 heure locale. Le pilote et les trois passagers ont subi des blessures mortelles.
