Narrative:A/C WAS UNDERGOING PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION. A/C WAS BELIEVED TO BE SECURED. ENGINE WAS HAND PROPPED SEVERAL TIMES IN BELIEF THAT ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. ENGINE STARTED AND FATALLY STRUCK THE BUYER'S ENGINEER.
