Narrative:
A Piper PA-34-220T Seneca III broke up in flight and crashed.
The pilot died in the crash.

BFU Conclusions
The accident was due to flying into or cutting into a shower cell with heavy rain and heavy turbulence during instrument flight in clouds. This overloaded the structure of the aircraft and caused it to break up in the air.
